Anthy - "Lady of the Flowers" (Revolutionary Girl Utena AMV)

Lovely AMV. <3 The song fits Anthy so well. What especially got to me was the "she stole the keys to my house, and then she locked herself out" part. That's SO Anthy. She pulled Utena into all these events, and through it she gained the "key" to being freed from the life she lived. Utena is the key. But, being much too afraid to do so, she used that key against herself, and locked herself out of the "house", her freedom that Utena fought for.

I'm amazed you were able to use Anthy's doormat faces in such a great character analysis vid. <3 Placebo too. Very curious, which episode is the scene at 4:06? I'm pretty sure I've watched episode 37,38,39 a bunch of times and if its one of those three I'm sorry I somehow missed it, its really eeri.

@greenelysium episode 38. She collapses, the dress crumples to the ground empty, and Akio points her up on the steps leading up to the Prince's grave, where she is dressed in her "witch-girl" outfit, but in her more mature body.

Great video! The song matches very well with her character, and the editing matches the mood very well. I liked how Anthy was portrayed in this amv, I really love the tragic side of her (she is definitely my favorite character)
