Hopefully they'll keep the awesome opening theme.

The opening theme is REALLY immense. I dont want them to do what Namco often do with the Tales series and either completely destroy the opening theme, or instrumentalise it, which is slightly better.

I played the original Star Ocean via an emulator; there was an English translation floating around the internet that I played.

My computer broke though so I lost all my data and never got round to getting it again.

Tbh, I'd rather have the PSP remake, it looks amazing!

Yeah, me neither.

I played the original myself. The game has one of the best casts, and one of the first that lets you choose who you want in your party out of a handful of characters.

They added on into this remake, and she's pretty good too. I borrowed this from a friend who had imported it and played it, but I just kept thinking the whole time "Squeenix BETTER localize this...", cause like everyone else, I'd definitely love to experience this awesome game in English ^^
