@simplyroxyful I think that if it was the pass alone I would still have reported him, that was enough to warrant RoadSafing him, but had he stopped and apologised, then I don't really know.

@CyclingMikey They rarely do unless the road opens up ahead. I have a clip to edit out where a private taxi toots me for taking primary to overtake another rider. I then pretty much tail him for next 1/4 mile then get past him :-)

@mycommutetowork I've had one person prosectued. Another person claimed they didn't know who was driving at the time and went to court for wasting police time or obstructing the course of justice or something. Make sure you report all drivers to roadsafe (if in London) because stuff happens!
i think drivers have that mentality that they are getting cut off when you went back in line there. so seeing how everyone these days gets pissed off at every little thing im sure he wasnt happy about that
I think his route after the verbals must have been coincidence as he appears to drop a passenger off when you see him last so must have been on route to that place, it is natural to assume the worst after an incident like that where someone is overly aggressive for no good reason.

The fact that he performed an undertake on the other cars just to make his punishment pass makes his behaviour all the more irrational and without any justification at all.
