The law is framed such that if we use a Taser as a compliance tool, we are in trouble and could be charged. Basically, you can only use a Taser on someone if you are in danger OR they are in danger. The law is framed such that if we use a Taser as a compliance tool, we are in trouble and could be charged. Basically, you can only use a Taser on someone if you are in danger OR they are in danger.
