@REDKLIFF1 ok you do online registration of a basic claim. i never electronic filing because it take forever to load all my beats on that. i just do the basic claim pay the 40 bucks and then i print out a form there and mail in my beats on a dvd along with the form and you should be good. im just explaining this off the top of my head. i hope that is right but i would have to look at it next time i copyright .
