Today my dad bought this printer, we started to set it up and soon found out that the cartridges did not fit, all instructions said we need model 364 carts and that's what was supplied. After an hour of fiddling around, realized something was not right, after further research we realized the carts we needed were model 564, contrary to all instructions, the HP website even confirmed this. I am confused by this, has this happened to anybody else?
Thank you for this video! I'm just setting mine up and when I saw that the photo paper tray came out I was worried they sent me a broken one and I would have to go through the return process all over again :P
I had this problem with a past printer. I just searched around help forums and eventually found an answer, but I don't know exactly off the top of my head.
Oh, okay....yea, I have that model as well, and I knew the back tray had to be on to print anything, but I didn't know it could be used to print on both sides of a paper, so thank you....
Nice man. And I'm sure it will go on sale up by you eventually....if not there's always the internet. And again, for Christmas I'm getting a used, but still really good, Intel Core Duo (not Core 2 Duo, but 10.6 will still work) with 10.6 Snow Leopard installed. I will have to buy a monitor, keyboard, mouse, etc, but after Christmas I should have more than enough money/gift cards for those things.
what kind of mac? Imac , mac mini? I'm wishing for a mini for X-mas, as my black mac book is the only leo computer in the house that has wireless and that I use it for everything, but I am going to do a video on my I-book, soon, after I am done my Lets play I think
Lol Nice, Yea the Mini's are good, I rather I-macs as the AIO and laptops but I found that the minis just take less space, and thats what i am going to use, for my main machine soon (2.5Gh version) If i get it. I would just use the apple Imac Keyboard and mouse as they do look nice with it, and just get an apple cinema display used.
All sounds good to me! Mine will have 1.60 GHz, which is still plenty good, 80 GB HD (I have my 1TB WD external HD, so I don't need a big HD anyway) and 1 GB of Ram (which is the usual standard for Mini's) That really shows that it is used (mid 2006) but it will still be really nice and serve as my helper-main-computer (my Acer PC laptop serves as my main computer because it is the most powerful. Too bad it's a PC!)
but I would then get 10.4 OSX server and run it on a power mac, and have an Open directory server and max the hdd in the server out so you can host all of you're files there that you no longer need That is what I am planing to do soon
And I'll get a new 20" Compaq Monitor, Apple Magic Mouse and wired aluminum keyboard w/numeric keys, and eventually an Apple Remote, Logitech Quickcam for Mac, and Harman/Kardon Soundsticks II speakers. I want to max this thing out, and just from that list you can see that many unboxings and reviews will come out of me soon! Now check out the new HP Photosmart Premium printer video about the touchpanel controls I just uploaded if you haven't already!!!
is this the HP Photosmart Plus B210a or the c309g model.

I just bought the 309g-m. The tray in the back is used for Auto Duplexing which automatically prints on both sides of a sheet.
