warrick is dead :( . they found a tape of him saying this. they never knew he had a kid before he died. i really wish he didnt die. i keep wishing he would somehow come back like it was a set up and he somehow faked his death like in csi miami. hes a great actor and i wish him well.

Well remember the writers strike? There could have been any amount of time, this is csi time we are talking about. The writers strike was months long, and before the writers strike there was more episode after the episode we found out she was pregnant, at the time when we heard that she was preggo, it was never definent how many months she was. So the time line could be right.
i can see this being shown at the end of the epi, myb wen we know warrick is dead, and wen warrick says grissoms name u see grissom watchin the tape, then it fades to black...although im probz wrong thou lol.:)
I bet Grissom comes across this video after Warrick is killed. In it we will be revealed 'The secrets' about Warrick which we have been told to expect which turn out to be that he has a son!!!!!
I still think that witness protection is totally possible. He'd be off the show, but NOT off forever. I wouldn't be shocked if it's a flashback, but ya never know.
I agree - it doesn't mean he i still alive. It may be shown as a flashback as I did read that the CSI's find something shocking to do with Warrick - perhaps it's the revelation of Warwick possible having a child
