Therefore, any "custom" built true dual exhausts will actually hurt the performance of the car..If not, it'll be a gas guzzling, polluting machine that could never pass emissions.
I don't care what anyone says..There is no such thing as a "true dual exhaust system" for an Altima..First of all, it would have to contain two separate cat converters with functioning oxygen sensors working together with software in the Ecu to accommodate the second sensor. Secondly, it would have to be "street legal" for smog emission purposes to be legally documented. Realistically, there is no existing true dual software and no major exhaust manufacturers makes true dual for Altimas.
Nice!!!!!! I am currently adding a custom exaust to my Ser. Stripped the Cats off and am running 2-2&1/4 inch pipes to rear axel whih flow into a 3 inch split to the magnaflow mufflers ...Cant wait.
O.k how in the hell did you get a x-pipe under a fwd car with just a small place to run it. I ran true duals on my v6 sonata 02' but just ran the pipes side by side back to a dual in and out muffler.Sounds great.
They make SE-R's with 4 cylinders???? Wtf...

4 door for more whores, yo
Buckz0rs 2 years ago 10
Cause a 350z isn't a 4 door. And I personally don't like the g35 sedan. The altima looks way better IMO.
