You can get busted for removing the aluminum from the county supplied recycle bins, it's stealing. Two prices at the scrapyard one for occasional recyclers and one for top producers. I have gotten less slave credits for more metal than a returning scrapper with a small load. Partners of a contract indeed.

convenient 4 "the partnerships" how within a 12months of the new era recycling those local aluminum plants were ear marked for decommissioning and many council run tips were sold off

This is just as much my fault as its everyone els's and it's time start taking back control of ones own lives, its no joke and its only getting worse as we allow it to happen! The food waste bins make me laugh. If you eat crap with loads of chemicals in, then you give the waste over so they can sell it to be sprayed on soil as fetriliser or fed to pigs as swill. Stauration of chemicals goes back into food. Visious cycle.

Plastic can be sold to any Plastic recycler, but they dont want you to know that.!
Business's sell it every day to Companys like PLASGRAM & POLYCYCLE etc..
yet domestic waste is given to the council for FREE wich they then sell to Recycling companys.
Trust me I know this is FACT i used to OWN POLYCYCLE.co.uk
could not believe the scam on the public so i got rid off it!!

but they are unenforceable
you get digital contracts these days but there is a form of signature via the terms and conditions box
i got motor insurance online
and the still sent me paper work to sign so the contract was finalised
