  • Great performance... Sounds very nice..

I am quite new to jazz music.. A have a query - does a typical jazz listener recognize chord progressions in the

improvised section.. (He obviously may not know the chord names).. Or is it that the listener just enjoys the

improvised music without understanding where the musician is (in the chord progression)..

  • @dshy76 yes you do recognize where he is if he is not going out of key and improvising the harmonics also then you dont know where he is but the one playing it knows exactly where he is

  • i like this one so much.. do u know where to find the sheet for this?

  • Very nice and clear version.. Just keep playing it and playing it, and new ideas will come to you- Try playing the right hand melody, in places, with OCTAVES..to fatten up the melody.. Have the melody do little fills.. so its not so stiff.. listen inside your musical ear to what you might hear and try to find it on the keyboard.. :) Good work

  • improvise!

  • wow! good job! cool. XD

  • nice! :D

  • i´d try a bit swingin´, not playin´ strictly according to metronome.. cos this soounds a bit.. tight..confined..

  • yes, you're right! it isn't swing..
