there are tons of black dudes that run under 20 flat. im black, not taking credit from the dude because i've been knowing about wariner since high school. just stating facts. But one of the best races with a white guy beating blacks is the california state meet from 2002 i believe. matt bruno swept the 100/200. 10.4 and 20.8 i believe. check it out
