I wouldnt celebrate to soon, notice the phrase cease due to the relentless actions of the Sea Shepard. While the Japanese whaling fleet are in port theres no reason for the Sea Shepard to be at sea, so what does it do ? Bet that the Japanese are biding their time to see if the Sea Shepard is still operational in 2-3 years time.
