Years ago I heard a testimony of the Lord waking up someone to pray for a person he had never met. So I asked the Lord to someday do the same for me. Sure enough, one night he Lord woke me up to pray for a stranger. I did not get out of bed, and I went back to sleep. He never asked me again. I feel so bad. God forgive me.
Just meandering around here and fell upon this song. I've never heard it before nor have I ever heard of the McKameys but I'm awful glad I found them. I love this song and how true it is! So many times the Lord lays someone on our hearts and we have a choice to stop and pray or go on about our day. I'm praying that if God calls someone to pray for me they listen & I'll surely do the same. Love it!

You did a really good job with this video. The photos are nice and go well with the song. I especially like that you chose to show men doing the praying. People generally think of women doing the praying considering that women outnumber men by a large margin in most churches. Gotta love those Mckameys!

The doctor told us after the surgery to say our good byes but four days later she walked out of the hospital! I know God can move! 2 Petter 2:24, "For by His stripes we WERE healed." All we have to do is know beyond a shadow of doubt that God can and will and already healed us! A great book to read is How To Live And Not Die by Benny Henn. I'm not a big fan of his but the book is wonderf

ganohio I am sorry to hear about your mother. Fourteen years ago my mother was diagnosed with a brain tumor. One doctor told her to go home and die. She then went to another one in OKC and after the surgery which one lung colapsed, 16 units of blood and 8 units of plazma and radiation she is alive! 1 Pet 2:24 "By His stripes we WERE healed." My mother was healed from a brain tumor which was cancerous and that was 15 years ago!!! It is God's will that your wife walk in health! I'm not sure what is wrong with your wife but I know beyond anything that no matter what God is bigger! You and your wife will be in my prayers.

I have never heard this one, my father who has passed now was the rock of our family and always loved for momma and us girls to sing anything by the McKameys there was so many times that He would want one of their songs before he preached and I know that he would wear this one out on us. This is a great song by the best. If you have lost a loved one read Luke 6; 20-49. I have lost both my parent's and 2 brother's. I have to read it more than once sometime's but it drain's the pain off my heart. May God Bless each of you is my prayer.

Hey Okiecowboi! I've stopped in to listen again. Your video here means so much more to me these days, as I laid my dear Dad to rest on May 20, 2009. This song and video has always been a blessing to me, but now it REALLY speaks to me. My Dad was a man of God who spent his entire life preparing for this last journey, and today he is rejoicing in the presence of the Lord. ganohio I am sorry to hear about your mother. Fourteen years ago my mother was diagnosed with a brain tumor. One doctor told her to go home and die. She then went to another one in OKC and after the surgery which one lung colapsed, 16 units of blood and 8 units of plazma and radiation she is alive! 1 Pet 2:24 "By His stripes we WERE healed." Have your mom read Benny Henn's book, How to live and not die! great book!

There are a lot of videos (slide show presentations) of this type on YouTube where people post pictures, paintings, clipart, etc., but this is definitely one of the BEST I have seen. he did; he does; he will. As a personal testimony about how real God is; at the age of 17 I tried to take my own life. I told a good friend goodbye for what I thought would be the last time; but God used him and his brother; he used them to save me and lead me back to him. Now Im just passing the faith joy and love along. Godbless

Praise God that you were led back to Him. I've had 2 family members and a friend take their own lives. I wish things could have been different for them. But, you are proof that God's love can change a heart... and an entire life... even certain circumstances we find ourselves in (such as mine). You give me hope. I appreciate that so much. Blessed read 2 Peter 2:24,"By His stripes you WERE healed." All you have to know is that God said it and it is done. My mother was healed from a brain tumor which was cancerous and that was 15 years ago!!! It is God's will that your wife walk in health! I'm not sure what is wrong with your wife but I know beyond anything that no matter what God is bigger! You and your wife will be in my prayers.
