@TheDawnmirage i think that, universally, the best advice i could give is: know what you're getting yourself into. it's wonderful that u want to teach but too many people go into it thinking it's all sunshine & lollipops. it's one of the most difficult professions & also one of the least appreciated. don't get me wrong: i LOVE being an educator, especially a special educator. just try not to let your passion die w/ the inevitable onset of burnout & remember why u became a teacher. good luck! :)
