The first time I heard this, I was thirteen years old at Montreal's Expo 70 -- at that time, it was 1971 and "Eruption" (from an unreleased or very recently released ELP album) was being played at an incredible volume over some outdoor speakers. The music built and built, and got louder and louder...and I fainted. I found out what I'd heard about six months later. ELP forever!
