I distinctly remember I shot a dude in the head while he was afk, he didnt die, I ran up to him and knifed him, he didnt die again, he came back from being afk, ran around, I knifed him once more and again it didnt register before I knifed him a 3rd time and It finally worked. Given it was on a German server or somethin like that, it still sucks.

I dont understand this particular hitbox bug. I know the hitboxes lag behind players when moving, but i've also seen this crap as well when they're not moving. doesn't make sense.. Last time I played, I see a guy standing still firing an M16 at people on a building roof. I was like 20 feet away from him and stood still, and shot him in the direct center of his head with an M95. Dust puff, character twitch, hit sound effect, but no X and no kill. This game blows.. lol
