at 6:40 she doesn't look too skinny,I think its the lighting that makes her look unhealthy. to me she looks a little on the skinny side but not enough to be on the show
Holy Hell!!! How in the world can you eat 6000 cal. per day?? Any why am I not that skinny? I eat less than 1000 cal. per day, on my worst day. Mostly under 600. How does that happen to her? No fair.
@08bowsercastle "If I eat 1800 cal a day there is no way I would even be nearly as skinny"
1) Studies show that most people under-estimate their calories and suck terribly at counting calories. In other words, if you think you're eating 1800, you're probably really eating 2200.
2) That's just her maintenance calories. You have to each much less to GET to a certain weight then you do in order to maintain that weight.
@thinkerhatneeded pizza in the US is often specific to the region. For instance, I live in St. Louis Missouri and our pizza is different than Chicago style pizza or New York style pizza. But in the end, it's all unhealthy, a good 'sometimes' treat. Does anyone else find it funny that they use the Sugar Plum Fairy variation music from the ballet 'The Nutcracker' for the skinnies?
Anna's diet group is retarded...burn off calories and then immediately eat the fatty food that is equal to the calories you just burned? You could just eat healthy and give up junk food and treat yourself sometimes.
wait, wait, they want her to eat 3200 kcal per day?!?!?! That's sick! I think 1800 sounds perfect. Even 1500 is enough for someone who's not active during the day.
@08bowsercastle if it helps out your thought process, eating 1800 cal a day over a long period of time will result in being skinny. also she is constantly moving.
@08bowsercastle well, I guess she still burns more than 1800 a day... so even if the deficit is not big it adds up over time... also, some people react differently to the same amount of food... I have a really skinny friend who eats more than me and doesn't gain, if I ate the same way I'd gain weight like crazy...
@ListenUpYah I said a take away pizza from somewhere like dominos where one slice will be over 200 calories. Some of them are almost 400 calories per 100g takeafreshlook co uk/foodguide htm
@ErmmTV the fact that it has a lot of calories doesn´t make it unhealthy, nuts contain tones of calories but they are good for you, pizza is healthy when made right and eaten in moderation, but it is like that with everything
@FlypaperGirlSangue take away pizza is bad because they use tons of oil and grease to make it. If it's home made then without the oil and less cheese, pizza isn't really that unhealthy.
@cewlbeanss a take away pizza (medium size, not even the family size) is usually in between 2000 to 1500 kcal. It's healthy if you don't eat alot of it and don't eat it every day. Maybe if you eat your slizes with some home made sallad.
@cewlbeanss The most unhealthy things in the pizza is usually the cheese and bread, so look for a placee with thin bottoms and ask for less cheese( I've never eaten at Dominos, but I can imagen a U.S pizza has lot of cheese on it). Meat and sauce can alos have alot of kcal and the classic pizza sallad we have here is more unhealthier than you'd think, dipped in dressing and salt to make it taste more.
@cewlbeanss ...if u make your own pizza thats healthy and depends what you put on it...but take-away pizza is full of dripping oil and loadssss of fatty cheese
@cewlbeanss Homemade pizza made from scratch can be pretty healthy, it's common for italian nutritionists to suggest a pizza a week for slimming diets, but an italian pizza is made of 200 grams (less than half a pound) of durum wheat bread dough with no added fats, plus tomato sauce (made with slightly thickened tomato, no salt and no fat), 40-50 grams high quality fresh mozzarella, a tablespoon of extravirgin olive oil and a few basil leaves.
@cewlbeanss it depends of what you're putting in the bread base and on top of the pizza. If you take white flour and top it with salami and loads of cheese and oil, it's rather unhealthy, but if you take whole grain flour and put vegetables and only little cheese on top, it's ok i guess :) I always make the pizza on my own and never eat takeaway, so I can control how of everything it contains :D
Normal 15 year olds don't look like that...

@cewlbeanss All the fat in the cheese, the white bread base, the 2000+ calories in a takaway pizz.

@ErmmTV : Wow! You go, ErmmTV! I suppose having all of this videos means you are quite knowledge about what you eat and what is in them! :-)
A typical slice of pizza has about 300 calories. Eating three is about 50% of my daily calories in a day. -_-

@ErmmTVpizza isn't healthy but i don't think most people eat a whole pizza. one piece is around 300 calories depending on toppings.

@ErmmTV my whole normale size frozen pizza contains a total of 547kcal. and i doubt that any normale size pizza can make it over 1100kcal.
