Dude I have 49 Gargoyles and 51 silver keys but, the dilemma is that I have shot both gargoyles on the bandit coast and one of them didnt register. wtf?

Go look at all the regions you can travel to. Use the right stick to move the list down to see how many gargoyles and silver keys you have found. Once you have found the missing gargoyle in the region you missed, watch the video for that region and look for it again.

Oh yeah! The one in the small area in the broken rock was the first Gargoyle I had seen in the game and I got freaked out I didn't know what to do, so I just got my treasure and left in a hurry. Lol!
