It is true that not only whites are racist, but in France (where this commercial comes from I believe since it's in French), the native population is usually white, so it only makes sense they use white people. If they had a black person yelling at white people in France it would be too confusing to make it's point.

The advert clearly states, "respect the immigrant" it doesn't say respect Muslims or blacks. The white man in this advert has power over immigrants by virtue of being a native. Some pharoahs would place depictions of black africans on the bottom of their sandals. Nubia was somewhat similar but Egypt was not black run until almost the few remaining years before collapse.

I don't think this ad really deals with the fact that some cultures can integrate with Europe better, e.g. Buddhist, Sikh, Hindu and some like Muslim definately do not. Immigration is always one way - into Europe and Europe will have to say 'No' at some point. That's a fact as the balance and the indigenous culture may be affected just too far. look around youtube. every other video with a black person has the word 'nigger' in the comments section. look at the mainstream videos, i.e videos with caucasians it them and you veeery rarely, if ever, see the word 'cracker' or 'whitey' there. think of the amount of white supremist websites on the net(second only to porn websites).

Us "white people"? Are you referring to all white people on the planet? Are you referring to the millions of white charity workers helping children in Africa, white people in inter-racial relationships or/and white people who were never a part of what ever you are reffering to in Africa.

In general terms, although racist as it may seem, white people in the more developed world have been a dominant race.Our history teaches that, and with that came a history of racism and prejudice. It is a fact. It is only until recently that racism has been tackled effectively by the Governments. Discrimination was first created against black people...if they had put a black man insulting a white man would it have the same effect on you? The white doc would probably come out as a hero at the end
