(Two part comment): This unique store has the most fantastic salts and seasonings. If you ever have the chance to go to The Salt Table, I highly recommend it. My aunt brought a variety of salts and seasonings from the store to share with our family. Each of us were able to pick one as a gift from her, and we had to at least smell all of them. I chose the Durango Hickory Smoke salt, a very robust hickory salt with a fantastic smell and flavor. . It is fantastic and a little goes a long way.

With all of the different mixes of seasonings and salts The Salt Table offers an easy way for the everyday person to give their foods that special something that professional chefs can do but we can't ever seem to master. This store mixes there special flavors for you so it takes the guess work out of mixing for yourself & the incredibly high cost of purchasing all that you need to get that same flavor. I am looking forward to them opening an on-line store, hopefully soon.
