the quran is just a confirmation of God's original message to mankind, which is "worship God and only God and ascribe no partner unto God". the bible also says pretty much the same thing, but in it's current form, is no longer the word of God (hence the fact that it is no longer in its original language. the quran is the only scripture to remain in the form in which it was reveald to Muhammad). muslims believe in all divine scriptures and acknowledge all prophets.

There is actually much evidence that the Qu'ran has been changed .. if you want it you can find it.
There are many versions of the Bible because language changes and new versions become necessary in order to communicate its message .. the original texts have not and do not change.
