Crime rates from certian ethnicities are slightly higher than others. There are good & bad in all races, don't get me wrong, but if you've done nothing wrong i don't really see how devastating a 5 minute check up is. Be agressive & mouthy and they'll look for something wrong as you aren't acting normal :)
