there is no "gypsy OR russian"! gypsies always take the culture of the country they live in. so, gypsies in russia speak russian (and her own language often, or a dialect), they believe in the same religion as the country (in a christ country in christianity, in a muslim country in islam). they mix the music, traditions, whatever. if u don't believe me, go and read on it.

This song is in Paruskie(Russian) but there is a Romany language that some songs are made in. The Romany language is an Indian language. Not all Romani speak it but Romani that are still very much part of a tribe do

@Aijela Yes, there are russian gypsies and they are different than gypsies living in other countries. I have lived in Russia and later on in Sweden. The "tradional" gypsies in Sweden do not sing or play the same song and music as the russian gypsies! And the gypsies in Spain are more devoted in flamenco (I nowdays live half the year in Spain). So you are right. the only similar are that they all sing and dance with "life and death" in their preformance. I just love them!

@Aijela That is sort of true, but there is a Rroma language called Rromane, some Rroma speak it and others don't. Roma culture varies quite a bit from country to country but remains unique and distinguishable
