  • Its a shame that a checking from behind like that is considered on the same level as shooting the puck over the glass or a harmless hook.

    And a beautiful tip by kilger, he may not get a lot of goals, but he's one of my fav players to watch

  • When you check someone from behind its supposed to be an automatic match penalty and suspension upon review by the league (ie. Kovalchuk). I think the referees need a refresher course on that. Now Poni will be out for a while. Nice to see the leafs win though. Sundin was clutch yet again.
