He knows it and that's why he came on the radio saying sorry and it was poor judgment on his part. They should have explained what they were doing and realized the impact that this would make. All i know is that if Brandon Roy did not know about the content of the video and he was told something different so he would make his appearance in the video, as a law school student at Lewis and Clark Law school, all he would have to do is have his attorney issue a cease and desist to pull this video from all outlets.
