  • Great exercise but i'm still in pain. I can't believe I sprained my ankle by trying to save my cockatiel from getting eaten by my macaw. I jumped to separate them in the air and when I came down I really came down in the wrong way. My poor ankle :(

  • I'm almost 3 months in after my surgery for my tib/fib break and still can't do the alphabet esercise. =(
