These look lovely! My only small concern is the staff, whom I don`t doubt their hygene for a second, are leaning over the bins mixing by hand. A chance of contamination from foreign objects is always possible in this position. I used to work for a well known Soup company! I know!

@veriterz I can't do it either, so I just flatten the edges with a fork. It is just important to keep the filling inside.
