Deep gratitude to all who brought this to video. I have read so much on this subject and I hold the Hope close to my heart still i had questions and confusion. Simply stated in ur effort here was that ascension is literally ascending without having to "die" really cleared the issue for me. I can do that! Oh yes I can! @batcat 1313 Running water always helps me with clearing negative or challengin emotions. Lot s of baths, showers.... I have a fountain and a sound machine that plays the sound of rain.

The shift has to do with being in the moment, try not judging yourself for feeling anger and merely try shifting it when it occurs ...maybe do some cleaning or something creative when you feel anger bubbling inside. Use anger transform it into excited energy :-) Much love and light my friend <3 :)
@Batcat1313 dear one, this is not our of your hands, its a choice. You don't want to revert back friend, but to allow yourself to be what you are, total acceptance of how you feel is the way to love. First there will be acceptance of your feelings, then there is hope. Focus on what you like, things you prefer. Do what you can to take your focus off of old hurts or any hurts. Have the intention to heal and forgive, allow yourself to relax into allowing the healing to take place in whatever way.
Try to connect through awe of nature? Look for siblinghood cross species and over continents. Make sure to act according to your ethics, be true to yourself. Eat clean fresh food and give up things and people you know do you no good.
Just open up to it and be patient. And don't feed your negative thoughts and feelings, just notice you have them, and push them aside.

The trick to understanding unconditional love is realizing you are loved and forgiven even if you haven't learned to unconditionally love and forgive100% of the time. This has been happening to me spontaniously! I feel virbrating in my body, jolts, tingles, huge rushes of energy.. very hot to very cold, I see white objects and glitters everywhere, when I close my eyes, I see shapes and lots of coloyr, I see an EYE that looks at me and then moves away and comes back, in the colour of white/golden. I have felt inner rocking, lifting up... I also ascend to other dimentions, seeings strange bird people, Owl/Hawk type, with big human bodies. is this good?

can anyone relate to this im sure people have had similar i was listening to similar music lying in bed with my ipod then bam i felt like i was moving upwards and all i saw was the typical sight of the universe but just one small dark area with stars in the distance only lasted 4-5 seconds and snapped back what does this mean.. ive been meditating for a month or so but ive been enlightened about the truth/real world issues for a while

Most of us "snap back" the first few times because it can be a bit startling. There's nothing to fear (except what you may project onto it). Read about astral projection. @natho369 that consciousness is universal. we only usually see things through a physical perspective because humans have forgotton how connected we really are with the creation or life force or god or whatever u call it. i believe its a special consciousness that can tell us the secrets of the universe. or as much as we are capable of grasping because of our connectedness with our spiritual selves or whatever u want to call it

@natho369 Like the others said, you had a spontaneous out-of-body experience. Vision is often slow to develop so that may be why you saw only a small area. Most of us "snap back" the first few times because it can be a bit startling. There's nothing to fear (except what you may project onto it). Read about astral projection. I'm pulled into those realms at night occasionally. You have to be in balance, observing without fear, and then you can learn to control the experience. Good luck.

for some reason, i always come back to this video, randomly ...plus the only thing tht clings me onto the 3rd dimension, is tht im usually depressed or sad, but when i meditiate, i actually feel abit happy . and i can feel abit of pressure inbetween me forhead ?., btw i know about the 3rd eye and i looked into the miirror and i saw sumthin on my fore hed. its shaped like a dimond or an eye ? . i cant properly see it but i can see the outline of it ( not all of it). so maybe thts proof !
