I think singers should call it a day after a certain period of time - Graham sounds bloody awfull here. I prefer to remember him from the 80's.
Gary Barden has the same problem with MSG - Call it a day guys and go and chill out in sunny California.

He sounds pretty great here, actually. Voice cracks a couple times... which happens to everyone. It even happened to him all the time back in '84.
Go listen to Halford's live performances with Priest since reuniting. THAT'S what it sounds like when someone is losing their voice.
