Lol man. I know this comment is way late, so you will have to excuse that. It's not a real gas mask. It is tiny and its made for the Dragon figures, similar to GI-Joe. Maybe you knew that though IDK. The real mask this is based on is an MCU-2/P or MCU-2A/P. They are not too rare, but typically bring a somewhat high asking price. I'd like to have one myself. Cheers.

Yeah, they can be found for around $60 to $120 or so, but new ones would be quite expensive like you said.
