  • I went to the site--but there where so many dvds to choose from. The try before you buy didn't really go in to specifics of where /how to start (or instruction). You mention that the newer dvds work out to a "Tempo" , do you have suggestions on which ones to look for? I really want to try it , but if there have been improvements, I want to go with the latest/most up to date. Thanks!

  • this is basically dancing. i'm not downing the lady at all but this is just dance movements and stretching ...

  • @hvmalo - It is actually nothing like dancing or stretching. It is a pretty intense workout, by the time I am done my legs are shaking (and so were my husband's). We have been doing the Basic Workout Plus for 1 week (the 15 min workout)...and I have already lost 2" off my waist and 2" off each my thighs. Not kidding.

  • I did just a few sets and it kicked my butt! Im out of breath and  my heart is racing!! I'm sticking with this!

  • Cool. I actually just found Maximax1 on ebay...I know that's cheating, but I do have a dance background! :)

  • Actually those were the first video's Teresa did. Now its all done to Tempo is what she calls it. So its actually harder now than then. She used to do her moves faster now its done slower for form so its a lot harder.

  • MaxiMax 1 will kick your butt big time. Sorry i thought you wrote minimax lol! She used that video to get the newer tempo workouts. So they are based on that tempo. I think she goes slower though in some of her newer workouts. You will get almost all her moves on that dvd. She has made a lot of newer ones though in the last yr. but good choice hope you like it.

  • How are you doing with maximax 1? I just did that workout yesterday. I haven't done it in months since she has so many newer video's now. Boy was tough going just a bit faster but not so fast can't keep good form.
