DISHONEST! As a former Mayor, Watson would know that "put your name on the ballot" is not a solution to municipal malgovernance. It was Watson's Liberals who made Ontario municipalities LESS ACCOUNTABLE. Why? Before, elections were held every three years. With Bill 130 --trumpeted as heralding in a new age of Accountability, our local politicians are even less answerable to us. One of the biggest problems we have with the Province is they are infested with "former mayors" and Councillors!
