I own the Mazda2 manual and I have to say it is my favorite car of all time. I love my little green machine. I do have to say the automatic is a world away from the manual and is quite boring compared to the manual version.

This review is full of errors. I just bought a 5 speed touring model and am averaging 33mpg overall, 30ish city and up to 40mpg highway. The price is not just under 14K and the fiesta is an ugly weezing piece of shite next to the 2. The dealer I bought mine at is mazda and ford so i looked at both side by side, build quality of the mazda and appearance is much better than the ford

It should be pronounced: Must-dah, not mess dah..Nice car but poor mileage compared to Honda and Toyota. Looks like Peugeot and Ford Fiesta.

@davidhalifax Just get the OEM/after-market console for a couple hundred. Rather have corners cut that can be replaced after the fact.
