wow! that is just amazing... May God Bless You more sir because you always choose songs that would glorify God...that you never compromise your talents with the worldy music... That's the kind of Piano Teacher i want to be someday! Thanks for your tutorials...it helped me alot! God Bless You!!!
all the three videos are very helpful, pls provide more lessons & techniques to play piano. in my resident place there is no piano /keyboard player. so it is very difficult to me to get more for this instrument. thank you.
Wonderful Jon. I love the clarity with which you explain the technique. You make it look so simple, yet to get this sound there obviously has to be a lot of practice!Playing colour tones and arpegiating makes a piece of music sound really rich. Your gentle voice is very encouraging! Please let's have some more.
That was a very wonderful tutorial. I really like the way you explained the lesson and the way you used repetitions to make it easy for us to understand and follow the lesson. You are very kind to share your lessons with us. Looking forward to more great lessons from you. Thank you very very much.

Chords-on-Chords: How does one know the combination? Is there a rule or formula, e.g. the 4th note on root, i.e. G on D? Or how does this work?
Ad-lib playing: Do you mean to say that one should know the whole song and its notes before one can play the whole song? How does one learn to just play, e.g. if the worship leader breaks into an impromptu song number?
PS: Does this also mean that for ALL songs one must know the notes of the whole song? How does one prepare for being able to simple join the worship leader if he breaks into an impromptu song?
Thanks a lot for these simple videos. One question though: You speak of Chords on Chords; is there any rule for determining which chord can be on which? E.g. would it be like always 4th on root, i.e. always G on D?

Greetings Jon, Thanks for the fantastic lessons.
I have two questions:
Chords-on-Chords: How does one know the combination? Is there a rule or formula, e.g. the 4th note on root, i.e. G on D? Or how does this work?
Ad-lib playing: Do you mean to say that one should know the whole song and its notes before one can play the whole song? How does one learn to just play, e.g. if the worship leader breaks into an impromptu song number?
