Actually fondant is incredibly easy to work with. You can buy it colored but in all honesty you can just purchase a roll of white fondant and use regular food coloring to make it what ever color you want. Then just roll it thin and use a hobby knife to cut out your decorations. Even easier is "chocolate transfer paper". just google what's in the quotes and you'll find it easily. Very cool decorations that requires zero skills which is why I love it!

I say good because while it is clear and easy to follow the host of the video has all the warmth and personality of a dead fish.
