i have no issue on going digital. or using cdj's midi controllers and such. but this is just to much. sorry i mean the dj is suppose to stay in the booth not on the dance floor or anywhere else. imagine an empty booth and the Dj is mixing from the table with friends or dancing with with friends on the dance floor. its just not right. pioneer makes the best cdjs on the market. i mean why would they make this crap. and to top it off this is not cheap.

If your in the park or chillen in the house with your friends and wana get a little mix going then this is pretty convenient. Damn if I spend my money on it but I see the point. It is cool little gadget to pull out though.

When did buying turntables become a requirement of being a dj? I think you'll notice (maybe..) that a lot of the best djs in the world have made the switch to a laptop. Clinging onto your old vinyls for nostalgic reasons or because you think digital is shit, is just ignorant. Watch richie hawtins videos where he describes he's traktor setup. Im not a huge fan of Richie's style of mixing, but you cant do that on old turntables. Get with it or get left behind.

i love feeling wax slip from under my hands. i highly agree with you that digital is the way to go. i myself HIGHLY recommend two tech twelves and a few crates of hip hop and dubstep. if youre playing for yourself, its super fun.
