Nice Job! Do you have any advice on importing 3d tracking data into blender? Whenever I try to run a python script it says "python script fail, look in console for now".
Why does everyone say "This is Blender?" or "Pretty good for Blender." Blender has come a long long way. It's a free program, and the fact that it can now compete with $600 software is a testament to how great it actually is. The only thing about Blender is that it requires a little more work and effort than say Maya or Max. But with a little TLC, Blender can achieve top-quality CGI. Maybe everyone should go check out how Blender has been upgraded, and stop being so shocked. Blender4Life. lol
@TheTiivik why thank you. Hell there's a video on youtube about the game engine that amazes me. Real-time water/cloth/visual effects like DoF. It's not even a whole level or anything, but it's a proof of concept that's amazing.
@ItsCuzImDED yeah you could do some pretty advanced stuff in BGE. Its just that BGE is not a very powerful game engine because it can't handle too many polys and highres textures. But commonly used Unity engine has great Blender support already.
@TheTiivik yeah I just recently learned UDK, and I use my blender models in it just fine. I like Unity but I always get stumped using it. I like the drag and drop UDK uses. lol Besides if it's good enough for Arkham City it's good enough for me.
Awesome! And great track too. You should get a chrome ball though, and make a reflection map from a hi-res photo of it, and use it as a reflection map and lighting for the 3D objects to add realism. But again, awesome!
no ühest vastust sellele küsimusele pole. CC tavaliselt AE-s Curve adjustmentiga(üldiselt kerge s-kurv C kanalil) ja siis toonin RGB kurve vastavalt olukorrale. Selle video juures olin laisk ja kasutasin ühte green easy preset'i.
syntheyes. About the shadow, i kinda disagree. If you watch the footage there aren't any sharp shadows, but maybe you're right. Thanks for the comment

you're absoulutely right. :)
At least now I know how to get a shadow pass out of blender and add it in post.

Try using a matte texture with small sharp bumps for the scorpions, to make it look realistic

Make them smaller. I think it would look more realistic.

@TheTiivik i dont mean the sharpness, i mean the strength (compare it with the total black areas in the bushed e.g.)
