It's actually Wesminster Fives... Giles went to Wesminster, he also says it on the video if you listen. Fives came in different forms in different public schools under different names.

I can notice the improvements with the later series with more history and less food if you know what I mean, its all food food food food (and the bloke who annouces the menu has changed, thank god!)
