Such a moving video. Its amazing how parents in poverty and in such circumstances want their children to be parcharaks of the sikh faith ... not doctors, lawyers or bankers etc. in order to make money , but to be sikh parcharaks! amazing. Complete opposite of some parents in UK, America etc.

I must agree there are hundreds of charities in Punjab that are setting up structures. I think the problem is that the new immigration of Punjabi's to foriegn lands are not investing the millions of rupees back to Punjab. Rather building big houses and living there wealth. If the old british empire thought/act/behaved like this it would be in the same situation. But the old empire took from foreign lands and invested in there own.
The 'holy men' also give money to the poor just as you are doing... they set up schools, hospitals, wed poor girls, set up old peoples home on their Dera's (rara sahib)...
please have an open mind Khalsa Aid - you are doing amazing work... so are many Dera's

Believe in Guru Granth Sahib Ji and do your part in helping. Your View is wrong and Most Deras Do Donations and they tell the world about it so they get more followers and more profits into there pockets. think about it.
It's easy to get rid of the traffickers. Just ask the italians for some help.
