I think Vmware is quiet Complicated to use it and its not even free You Guyz can use Virtual Box Insted of Vmaware Virtual box is easy to use And free Also if some one dosent know about Virtualbox so u should type Virtualbox in Google And there u can Find qall About it or still u cant then u can go on th following link putt Worldwide web dot virtualbox

help me! iv istalled backtrack 4 following this guide.

all works ok but when i use the airmon-ng code, nothing appears....iv chedeck on virtualmachine's menu and it says the netword adapter is connected...
