i got that bug about 10 minutes ago it happens when u are on the boat, turn left or right and instantly change the seat, get off the boat and u should have this nasty bug

So you can see your third-person model... That's happened to me once in CS 1.6.
Mind if I ask how did your processor handle the game when you weren't recording? I have an Athlon XP 2800+ and I have a bad feeling about how the game would run...
Um yeah, i have a 4800 brisbane clocked to 2.8, 8800 ultra, 2 gigs dominator memory, 150 gig raptor, xfi fatal1ty sound and water cooling. It still lags on high and 2xaa. So yeah it might be your system. The game is new so it is going to have bugs also. There isnt 1 game out there that doesn't.
your 4800, is bottlenecking the 8800 ultra you have, id suggest going to a 6000+ or getting a new mobo and going with an e6800, then you should max out and have decent fps :D

This demo is so buggy I can't even go on land... my character just falls through,just like Far Cry... a piece of crap game.
