Use the letter N and press your tongue against the back of your top front teeth. It takes a lot of practice, I've been doing this for 3 years now.

No, just what they have in stock. A custom one would be up to a pro builder like Dan Payes. But those cost over $600.

You have to order them online. Google search "Ventriloquist Dummy" and you'll find some. Don't buy the pull-string ones, because they hurt your finger if your finger has a blister or rugburn and the mouth usually doesn't work too good on them. But the ones with the wooden stick and levers are more expensive! My grumpy old man character(George) was a whopping $752!
