@DarkQuilava13 no its not because its japanese is it a gba game? or a ds game? and it could be a bad rom sometimes i get bad roms if it is a gba game you might need to put some type of firm ware or some thing on it i have a gba rom and it does not work because i didnt put any fireware on it or something probably. hope this helps

Well,u cant play those Nds game on Dsi,What requires port-2 a.k.a GBA port plugin,like guitarhero's frets.but for that they developed rockstar road to celebrity for DSi which is downloadable from DSi shop.

The Japanese model proved many of the devices which work on the Lite no longer worked, one of the few exceptions was the Acekard 2i but when tested on the Euro DSi, the card wouldnt even start. Along with the ability to send updates to the DSi, it will be more of a challenge for flashcards and homebrews hoping to make the jump to Nintendos latest console.

You CANNOT download GB/GBC/GBA because unlike the Wii the DSi doesnt have a Virtual Console that u can download games from. It only has DSi Ware which is almost exactly like Wii Ware except the games are for the DSi and not for the Wii (DUH). Hopefully they will eventually get a virtual Console for the DSi were u can download GB/GBC/GBA games but until then we only have the DSi Ware....

You cant play GBA at all as of right now on the DSi but there is a guy that is working on a homebrew for it... But the homebrew is most likely not to be ready for a year or so. Also u really need to read what i wrote because i was saying that if Nintendo releases a Virtual console on the DSi shop then people will be able to download GB, GBC, and GBA games. Also you said with or without the GBA slot, um yea.... the DSi doesn't have a GBA slot so, yea...

You are all wrong. Unlike you, I actually went to a DSi sampling event only for club Nintendo platinum members, and the Nintendo representative said that you WILL BE ABLE to download gb/gbc/gba games through the DSi shop.

No you are wrong what I said is as of right know this very minute there is no way to download GBA/GB/GBC games off the DSi shop, if you would look at a video of Japanese DSi going to the DSi shop all they have is DSi ware right now. But eventually Nintendo will most likley release GBA/GBC/GB games for download on the DSi shop, but most likely not for a few months after the DSi is released in North America and Europe...
