For people who don't know, this cop is an Oakland SCHOOL cop. Oakland schoolchildren were allowed to skip school to go to a rally for illegal immigration. She was covering the rally. It's very possible this cop, the HEAD of the department, was trying to keep her from filming something that makes the school district look bad. And it IS bad, terrible really in a lot of ways. Also, the school district illegally refused to give out any documents on the incident.
