all food is great. french cookery is the foundation of many cooking fundamentals- but spanish shares many of the same principles- its just the language of cooking was established by the french. the language we use in kitchens, mis en place, chef, etc- are all french because they laid these principles down.
fighting over culinary superiority is pointless- we all inspire , copy, steal, take, borrow, lend, give to each other in order to progress.
do you really know what people like robuchon, gagnaire, bocuse etc do? i'm not talking about mayonnese and i never said that spanish or whatever countries food you mentioned was bad...
And by the way, France and Italy have took more from Spaniard food than spain has took from france and italy... (risotto, many many classical desserts, mayonnaise or mahonesa, and a VERY LONG ETC)
