  • Lawful Rebellion

As the Australian Constitution is read and further defined in tandem with the inherited English Bill of Rights and the Magna Carta 1215, we as Australians are legally entitled to Lawful Rebellion.

  • the majority of this subject at least in the uk and australia stems from the magna carta and the libertys of the forrest, the law of the land (common law). the queen of england when she was sworn in to become queen took an oath and that oath consisted of pledging to uphold the law of the land. if you look hard enough you can see find the oath she has taken. thats why if you are a human being you can stand under common law, for persons or legal fictions ( a corporation) you have no rights.

  • this may apply in america and canada but finding this information in Australia seems elusive... anyone got details on Capitis diminutio /maxima/minima

  • @MrRodeoblue In Australia its Capitis Diminutio Media (meaning a medium loss of status through the use of

capitalization, e.g. John DOE) – A lessor or medium loss of status. This occurred where a man

loses his rights of citizenship, but without losing his liberty. It carried away also the family rights.

The detail is on your birth certificate look at it.

  • ive just spent all night listening to these and writing notes. thanks mate!

  • @ResistanceMann Something you didn't learn in school , something the education system is not teaching children.

If it was ,this world ,this country would be a better place for all, its your generation that can fix this champ , I'm doing my best & still learning because my education has let me down also .

Always Remember be wise as a serpent and gentle as a dove.

Government in Latin means 2 parts , Govern = control and Ment = mind

Control mind ,think for yourself.' You are your own leader "

  • @chotaboy66 Im doing what I can mate and I don't plan on giving up, keep up the good work! "Always Remember be wise as a serpent and gentle as a dove" wise words my friend....just like a serpent :-)

I have a question, are you 'Thomas Anderson'? If so, or even if not, I do believe you may be from Adelaide, as am I. If so I would love to attend one of your discussions sometime if you are still doing them.

  • @ResistanceMann this information only seems to apply to america and canada, finding information about Capitis diminutio /maxima/minima (capitalisations of names to create titles of strawman) in Australia is illusive, any information is welcome to confirm it.

  • @chotaboy66 sorry maybe i didnt explain properly, I am looking for legal verification ie links or other material relating to australia.

All searches so far have been hear say or about america and canada...

what is the Australian term for it? maxima and minuma are not in the law society databases

  • @MrRodeoblue Search "Capitis Diminutio Media " NOT "Capitis Diminutio Maxima " ,,,,hint blacks law dictionary.

Are you not reading my comments?

  • @chotaboy66 HINT Blacks law is AMERICAN LAW

  • @MrRodeoblue Second hint the COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA & Canada is registered company at US securities exchange commission.

Blacks law dictionary being American changes nothing banking UCC law is basically the same across the globe If you require further proof look at any mail you get from any corporation inc government & tax departments they consider you a Capitis Diminutio Maxima strawman regardless & you comply with this YES? Please Instead of trying to be smart look at the solution I have.

  • @chotaboy66 ofcourse this all appies here, Australia is Common Law juristiction, as human beings no corporate laws, statute laws, acts, regulations apply to us, its as simple as that. we all have the same inalienable rights.

  • @ResistanceMann statute laws, acts, regulations apply to us, its as simple as that. we all have the same inalienable rights

    --

laws, statute laws, acts, regulations DON'T APPLY when they VIOLATE the Constitution and Common law.

Indeed its when people comply with illegal laws it becomes law . Are you complying with illegal laws that violate common law and the Australian Constitution?

  • @MrRodeoblue ofcourse this all appies here, Australia is Common Law juristiction, as human beings no corporate laws, statute laws, acts, regulations apply to us, its as simple as that. we all have the same inalienable rights.

  • @MrRodeoblue In America its Capitis Diminutio Maxima (meaning a maximum loss of status through the use of capitalization, e.g. JOHN DOE or DOE JOHN) – The highest or most comprehensive loss of status. This occurred when a man’s condition was changed from one of freedom to one of bondage, when he became a slave. It swept away with it all rights of citizenship and all family rights.

  • @MrRodeoblue Once the negotiable instrument (BIRTH CERTIFICATE) is transferred to the Dept of Commerce, they “pledge” your “Labor for your Lifetime” as its “secured” asset, and proceeds to “assure” (different from insure) YOUR Labor against it’s (the government’s) DEBT, and it subsequently gets an “underwriter” to insure your Labor.

I have a solution to this symptom of destruction & its called Mathematically perfected economy, may I suggest you study how to free yourself ,its not hard really
