because that game was made by square enix and nintendo published it or something like that. i know that square enix is the developer of the game and nintendo just allowed them to use mario characters and such or something i have no idea

IMPOSEEBLE! Cactaurs can only tilt their bodies sideways, not front or back. It was still awesome though. :D

I believe that is simply an eye. This creature is symmetrical, just like all creatures, so he has a mirrored face on the unseen part of the creature. so this creature has 3 pairs of eyes, overall.
