covering their butt with crouch block. also threatening a possible low attack or fireball. a shoryu could be buffered at that point too.

it's physically demanding on a reaction time and coordination basis as well as muscle memory.

HP balance? I do not know what street fighter 4 you are playing, but it is very unbalanced. Street alpha 3 is the best the one they created besides street fighter II. Those two were balanced games with a lot of mix up capabilities.

SF4 knows what akuma is capable hence reduced his hp , if not we wouldnt have a akuma being able to 6 hits gou-shoryu someone in the corner (i do it all the time..) unless they tech recovery, and because SF4 removed air recovery gouki was able to pull those combos off without fail depending on the user i dont see how unbalance you claim sf4 to be

Street fighter Iv has that over powered Sagat! They even rating him God tier making him the best character in the game and the most powerful. Sagat and Ryu are the only characters people play with on SF4. The combo system for certain characters like M.Bison is lame and they did not give enough super move mix ups for all the characters. All Capcom did was take SFII, slap some graphics on it, create 4 new characters, and sell it. There is nothing really new.

Actually you're going off topic, the point of my first post is.. in alpha/zero 3 since everyone has the same hp and gouki has a larger arsenal it takes much more for a ryu to overcome him, thats what im bitter about o.o and yeah the frame advantage gouki has allowing him to tatsumaki chains

God Tier Sagat isn't any where near the ranks of God Tier Akuma in Alpha.

SF4 is by far the most balanced Street Fighter to date.

Actually, Akuma is ranked equal to Dhalsim and Sodom and maybe Sakura at Alpha 3, not god tier such as Sagat on SFIV. And for most players (and I agree) SFA3 is the most balanced Capcom fighting game up to date.
