  • That's a beast fro

  • Afro Ninja.

  • okay you cant target belly fat! you just need to lose overall fat mass and you will eventually see your stomach shedding the extra flabby nits everyone hates

  • @CHRiiSM93 yep i agree with you!!!

  • does this "cardio home" really works to lose belly fat???

or what else i have to do to get rid of my belly??? plz tell me dude...

  • @915olivares1 yes all my fitness videos will help you lose belly fat, You have to make sure you are eating right as well (5 to 6 healthy meals a day) and you have to workout 5 to 6 times a week for 30 mins or more

  • These look like great exercises...I love tips that flash on the screen as well!

  • I was wondering, what kind of exercises can a person do to help flatten their stomach area? I'm unsure how to go about it without losing weight all over my body because my stomach is the only area I feel I need to tighten up.

  • @datpatriotchick I believe that is not possible. As you keep working out over time, it doesn't really matter what area of your body you workout, your body will burn the fat, every fat you have, not the fat in the specific area you worked-out.

For example, doing more crunches won't result in losing your fat around your abs, you will be just working out your abs muscles.

You have to keep doing total body workouts like these and cardio.

p.s. eat healthy, drink water, workout.
