@MarcioLeaoGna have you seen their drummer auditions? Aquiles didn't stand a chance when they hit him up with the odd signature test. Altough he was the first drummer that came into my mind for DT.

Thos two drummers are icons, but not as nearly as good as Mangini.

@Leiarh777 Mangini may be a technically superior drummer, but a lot of people agree with me on that Portnoy and Carey are better drummers because their drumming is very dynamic, compared to Mangini who's rather straightforward and, in the words of a guy who knows a lot of drumming: "As dynamic as a log"

@RaZor921 That's only becouse they both Portnoy and Carey have more band experience.. Mangini was a teacher and like a soloist for himself, a session player, whatever in than sence..

Wait for a few years, when his knowledge skill and gained experience combines, he'll be uncomparable, and yes, he's super versatile :)

@Leiarh777 I'm not going to argue further, because quite frankly, I haven't heard that much of Mangini. I mostly went on what I've heard others say about it. From the things I've heard, I thought Portnoy and Carey sounded better. I'm glad you kept it civil, too.
